I actually watched Hurt Locker and was soooo dissapointed that I asked for my ticket money back for "failure to provide the services promised" I know I am in a small minority according to IMBD it was a "Good Film" I could not agree less. When I read this post I felt somewhat vindicated and certainly will not be watching anymore of their crap in the future. As far as I was concerned I was swindled out of the money I paid to watch it and was NOT reimbursed as I would have been for any other service or product that had not lived up to my expectations.

Nicolas Chartier was BANNED from the academy awards for lobbying the committee for the "Best Picture" award that is laughingly won. Dont get me wrong I did not think Avatar was as good as it was made out to be either, HOWEVER it was downloaded over 300,000 times and is now the biggest grossing movie of ALL time. Why? I think because people saw it on the small screen thought , "DAMN that will be AMAZING at the cinema", and went and watched it, and told their mates to do it to!  According to the House of Lords Avatar was subject to 300,000 illegal downloads BEFORE the film was released yet now it is the BIGGEST grossing film of all time.  As the Lords said it was "300,000 free adverts"  "See here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ye84j0fuKHI"

This just bolsters my opinion that these lawyers are simply looking at ways of recouping money through LACK of sales, NOT because they have been downloaded but simply because they are CRAP and substandard. 

Dunlap Weaver and Grubb AKA "US Copyright Group" and also the self-righteous "Save Cinema.org!"  Of course these people have NO interest in actually STOPPING downloading at all, they are "Money Grubbers".  The split is roughly 70% to the Lawyers and 30% to the "Copyright holding company" you can imagine the pittance that the actual "Creative people" get from that.

But I digress, in a sense "Hurt Locker" seems an exception to the usual bunch of crap that is represented.  For Example Uwe Boll is considered the new "Ed Wood" a Director SO inept that most of his films feature at the VERY bottom of ANY thinking person.  Dont believe me? see here.

Terence Tsang leaves ACS:LAW "The rat deserts a sinking ship"

It seems that "Shady"  ACS:LAW Paralegal Terence "W$%$%r" Tsang, is no longer employed by ACS:LAW, his present employer Cramer Pelmont make NO reference to his work with ACS:LAW although it does note that he worked at Davenport Lyons,  there is also reference to Tsang

 Advising a German record label on preventing the unauthorised sale of products on Ebay and other online trading platforms.

And

Advising international rights owners on preventing the unlawful distribution of their copyrighted works on peer to peer

Hmmmm now what IS interesting as I pointed out in a previous post, is wether Terence Tsang had taken the "piece of crap" P2P Scanner that he brought from freelancer to his new employers.  You have to at least wonder in light of the fact that Davenport Lyons started this whole sorry mess and when they quit Mr Tsang left to Join ACS:LAW just as they started their campaign.  Coincidence? well we will see. 

In light of the SRA dragging its heels over both Davenport Lyons AND ACS:LAW it will be VERY interesting to see if "Cramer Pelmont" letters start being sent through the post to people demanding them to "Pay up or be ruined".  The Common denominator in ALL of this is Mr Tsang.  One thing is sure that with Mr Tsangs MASSIVE ego at yet another company looking for big bucks fast the "Speculative Invoice" is far from over.  Especially as one of the specialties of  Cramer Pelmont is the ominous "Protecting Rightsholders Interests - Online"

EDIT: A Message has appeared on the ACS LAW Website saying Goodbye.  Aww aint that nice!  It also PROVES that he had worked there since May 2009, and confirms he came from DAvenport Lyons, and so proves once again that ACS:LAW are liars and canot be trusted.

Now the Digital Economy has been pushed through and it is quite clear that the MP's are in the pockets of BIG BUSINESS rather than acting as OUR representatives, I thought I would post a little light relief.  I mean it is good to protest right? I have ACS:LAW sending me their shite and threatening me with financial ruin if I dont cough up first £500 and now they want over a £1000, (although I do wonder if Mr Crossley knows that or if it is only Mr Tsang, you just cant tell these days) crooks Birds of a feather and all.  I have written dozens of letters and made even more phone calls, managed to persuade some BBC Journos to do a story about ACS LAW, Everyone seems to be saying that ACS LAW are WRONG,
